This year’s Stone Tower Estate Sauvignon Blanc Reserve, the fifth reserve bottling, boasts a refined and elegant taste. Contrary to popular belief that Sauvignon Blanc is heavy on citrus and high acidity, this wine has a sophisticated and rich flavor similar to Sauvignon Blancs found in the Pessac-Léognan region of Bordeaux. With a nose of stone fruit and honeysuckle, this wine has a round and rich taste with a touch of beeswax and Lemongrass on the finish. The fruit is sourced from Block J and is 100% Estate Sauvignon Blanc, harvested on September 9th, 2022. It pairs well with a variety of foods, including meat, fish, soft cheeses, vegetarian fare, and more. It’s a great wine to enjoy now and can be savored until 2027.
