The 2022 Chardonnay is produced from all estate-grown fruit. The wine was elevaged in a combination of new and used French oak. Close your eyes, and you can easily be transported to the Cote-d’Or in Burgundy. Like many of our Estate chardonnays, this wine is a beautiful example of the soft round, luxurious styles we see from the old world. The lemon is prominent on the palate with vanilla and a touch of almond. The wine is creamy and smooth with a combination of new and used oak. This Chardonnay is from our oldest vineyard block, planted in 2009. We now have approximately 13 acres across the diverse micro-climates and soils of our property’s southeastern exposure.
