Dominated by Cabernet Franc, our 2019 Mouton Noir is a wonderful Bordeaux-style blend sourced entirely from our estate. With a much bigger, bolder character than it’s previous vintage, the 2019 Mouton Noir is a soft, well-rounded wine showcasing black currant on the nose, a structure driven by soft tannins, and a lovely finish leaving you wanting more. This food-friendly wine pairs beautifully with our wood-fired pizzas!
