Since being planted in 2014, our Sauvignon Blanc vines have blown us away with their affinity for our terroir and their resulting wine quality. We now produce two distinctive styles from our small six-acre parcel. While our ‘Reserve’ is fermented and aged in French oak, this bottling is done entirely in stainless steel. As such, this wine beautifully exudes the classic aromas and flavors of this varietal, and its crisp, refreshing mouthfeel is the perfect pairing to a hot summer evening!
