Since being planted in 2014, our Sauvignon Blanc vines have blown us away with their affinity for our terroir and the wine quality they produce. We now produce two distinctive styles from our small six-acre parcel. This is our ‘Reserve’ is fermented and aged in French oak, while our other bottling is done entirely in stainless steel. Modeled after the amazing dry whites of Bordeaux, this wine has an amazing texture, a beautiful nose, yet still retains the hallmark brightness and refreshing qualities of Sauvignon Blanc!
